The hotel room was uncomfortably hot despite the fan, and the noise from the road made it difficult to sleep. It felt neglected, not matching the online photos and lacking proper cleaning. On the bright side, the service was outstanding, going above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The location was convenient for my needs, and the hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
